Appointment and Cancellation Policy

At Star Paws Dog Grooming @HazelGrove, we require a £25 non-refundable deposit for all appointments. Please note the following:

- Appointment Holding Period: We can hold your appointment for 24 hours before the deposit is made. After 24 hours, you will need to call back to re-book.

- Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change, and you may need to reschedule your appointment. Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in the loss of the deposit.

This policy change comes after recent experiences where last-minute cancellations left us unable to accommodate other clients.
